How to Place Orders

• Easy and Automatic –Order online using the shopping cart and checkout procedures. Pay with credit card.
• Send Manually – Go to our order form page to print out an order form. You may fax or mail the order form to us. Payment must be included and paid prior to shipping your items.
• Via telephone – Call us to place an order during business hours.
• All orders – you will be notified via e-mail within 48 hours regarding the status of your order.

Shipping

• All shipments are sent via UPS or USPS
• We ship orders within 48 hours upon payment verification (see below in Payments & Billing) unless we contact you indicating otherwise.
• All shipments are sent via Standard Shipping (see below). Contact us for other shipping options.
• We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
• There are special arrangements and pricing for shipments outside the 48 continental United States. Contact us.
• All items are packaged in accordance with UPS regulations and go through rigorous quality control before being sent.

Payments and Billing

• We accept payments via check, credit card (MasterCard and Visa only), or money order.
• All checks are subject to a 5-7 day check verification waiting period before shipment is sent.
• All money orders are subject to a 2-3 day waiting period before shipment is sent.
• If you forget to include your payment or are unsure of tax and shipping & handling fees, you will be billed
• Checks with insufficient funds are subject to a $20 service fee.
• Rejected credit card payments are subject to a $1 service fee.
• Fraudulent money orders are subject to a $20 service fee and will be reported to authorities

Buyer’s Guide

• All apparel is made from the finest cotton or rayon/cotton blend.
• Fabric does not shrink if you wash and dry according to instructions
• All items are brand new with original tags
• Jewelry is made from a wide variety of jewels and metals. Contact us if you have any questions.

Our Promises

• We promise not to sell your information to other businesses.
• If you place an order with us, we gather your contact, address, payment information, and e-mail in order to verify and process your order.

Returns

• Buy with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 7 days, free of damages and with original tags attached, and we will refund your payment less shipping and handling.
• When your order arrives, please verify it is correct. If not, please contact us within 48 hours.
